ERROR: msgOpen: unable to open message file: PROMSGS - when launching FIMS on Azure Cloud

Steps To Duplicate:
  1. Sign into Azure Cloud
  2. Click on FIMS icon
  3. Error " msgOpen: unable to open message file: PROMSGS" appears.
  4. Click "Ok" and FIMS doesn't launch
Answer:
This can occur if the S drive is not mapped for the user:

1. Launch My Files
2. With My Files open, launch FIMS

If that does not work to resolve issue, please create a support case
