When I log into Azure Cloud and click on the FIMS icon, the error message " msgOpen: unable to open message file: PROMSGS" and I'm unable to login.
Steps To Duplicate:
- Sign into Azure Cloud
- Click on FIMS icon
- Error " msgOpen: unable to open message file: PROMSGS" appears.
- Click "Ok" and FIMS doesn't launch
Answer:
This can occur if the S drive is not mapped for the user:
1. Launch My Files
2. With My Files open, launch FIMS
If that does not work to resolve issue, please create a support case
