This error occurs when importing funds into FIMS.
Steps To Duplicate:
1) Log into FIMS
2) Click on Custom tab
3) Click on Fund and Fund Rep import
4) Upload import file and fund map parameters
5) Click finished
6) Note that Error no_file for fund occurs.

Answer:
This was resolved for the customer that reported the issue. It was caused by an extra Fund table having been created in the database that was removed.
