I can see the profiles in FIMS, but when I run the import records update utility it is not finding the profiles.

The import record update utility requires a file saved in a csv file format. It is likely that the file was saved as a text file instead.

- Open FIMS and open the file to be imported.
- Click file save as
- Choose comma-delimited (CSV). Be careful not to choose one of the variations.
- Try your import again.
