    Error "the advisor batch number is invalid" when running the Crystal Reports Fund Statement Export

    Answer:
    1. In FIMS, select Tools > System Utilities > Donor Central > Donor Central Options.
    2. In the left-most ‘Section’ window, select System.
    3. From the center ‘Options’ window, select Fund_Statement_Batch.
    4. Check the value and change it to an integer value.
