When the daily FIMS\DonorCentral data upload takes place, the error "The Process Cannot Access the File C:\npo\found\eAdviso. dn_master.txt' because it is being used by another process can occur. This is seen after noting that the daily Donor Central sync task did not take place and the error is noted in \npo\found\eAdvisor\FTP in the DC Transfer log.
Answer:
The solution was to restart the server so that all file locks could be released, after that the DonorCentral task completed successfully and the data was uploaded to DonorCentral.
