Error: "TotalRecommendations" must be a string when trying to submit a recommendation in DonorCentral.
Steps To Duplicate:
- Log in to DonorCentral
- Navigate to Unsubmitted Recommendations on the Home page
- Select a recommendation
- Click submit
Answer:
This is one-off issue surrounding the entry into the End Date field of the recurrence.
Recreate the recurrence from scratch and submit that new one. After the new one is submitted, you can delete the Un-submitted Recommendation that has the issue.
