When running the profile Watchlist check the following error occurs:

Steps To Duplicate:
1. Go to Profiles
2. Click on the gear symbol on the left hand side of the page
3. In the window that opens select the radial button for Run Watchlist Check
4. Click OK
5. On the next window that opens, the Check Watchlist for Reported ID Codes window, check the checkbox labeled ID Code and then click the OK button on the bottom of the window.
6. See error occur.

Answer:
This issue was caused by the certs in NPO\found\FIMS\Bin\ProgressCerts not being copied over to NPO\dlc\certs.
The solution is to copy all of the certs in NPO\found\FIMS\Bin\ProgressCerts and paste them into NPO\dlc\certs and the issue will no longer occur.
This can be done while users are logged into the system.
This is addressed in FIMS 14.62 which will be released in August of 2018. You will need to be on Progress 11.
