This issue was discovered when the user runs the user defined application history report with auto launch, however, this could potentially happen with other exports with auto-launch.
The errors show up one at a time after clicking 'Ok'

This issue is fixed in FIMS 14.74.

The user follows steps 1-8 in being sure to select a Word merge template for auto-launch. The errors appear at step 8 when clicking "Run Report"

This issue can actually occur with any export in an on-premises environment using auto-launch.
