    This issue is caused by the user not having write permission on the found\fims folder.

    From Windows Explorer, try to manually delete the file named found\fims\odbcin92.log if it exists. If the user does not have write permissions, then Windows will not let the file be deleted.

    Either give the user write permission to the found\fims folder (recommended), or have a system administrator log in to the client workstation to install the ODBC Data Source.
