Error: Unequal Number of User Areas Detected in the Target Database. (6770) when copying live to Demo

When copying live to Demo, the following error occurs:

'Unequal number of user areas detected in the target database. (6770)

Source Database contains x and target database contacts X. (6771).

Restore Failed.

Answer:

This is caused by changed having been made to the live, production database that are not reflected in the found.st file and then when copy live to demo is done, the process failed due to a mismatch of what is in the database versus what is in the found.st file for production and then subsequently what is in the found.st file for the Demo database. The found.st files for both databases should match and should also match the actual structure of the database.
