Establish System Users is where you add FIMS user accounts.

The FIMS System Administrator in your office is responsible for setting up new FIMS users.  

  1. Log into FIMS.
  2. Select Tools > System Utilities >Establish System Users .
  3. Click the New button on the toolbar.
  4. Enter the User ID they will use to access FIMS
  5. Enter the User Name (full name of the user)
  6. (Optional) If you have IGAM, select the appropriate IGAM Group for the user.
  7. Enter and confirm the user's password.
  8. Click the Save button.
  9. Repeat this process to create additional users.
  10. When you are finished, click the Close button.
