Establish System Users is where you add FIMS user accounts.
The FIMS System Administrator in your office is responsible for setting up new FIMS users.
- Log into FIMS.
- Select Tools > System Utilities >Establish System Users .
- Click the New button on the toolbar.
- Enter the User ID they will use to access FIMS
- Enter the User Name (full name of the user)
- (Optional) If you have IGAM, select the appropriate IGAM Group for the user.
- Enter and confirm the user's password.
- Click the Save button.
- Repeat this process to create additional users.
- When you are finished, click the Close button.
