External Statements-Individual Statements for DonorCentral in Azure Cloud

Since Office is not available in Azure Cloud, you have most likely changed the DonorCentral Download directory in your user preferences to be your local C drive in order to export data and merge and run macros using your local version of Word.

If so, External Statements to create Individual Statements for DonorCentral will use that location to which to create the PDFs. You will see PDF documents created in your local C drive as set in the DonorCentral Download directory in your user preferences.

During the External Statements to create Individual Statements for DonorCentral, you will be prompted to click Yes to upload to DonorCentral if you wish to upload at that time, or you can click No and wait until later to upload using the steps in the 2nd article below.

How do I upload Fund Statements to DonorCentral?


Tools > User Preferences > All Other Preferences > DonorCentral_Download_Directory:

NOTES: 

This directory needs to exist on your C drive. Check your computer and be sure that the folder is there. If not, create the folder or choose a different folder here to use that is on your C drive.

For better performance, you may want to choose S:\eAdvisor instead to save the eAdvisor folder on the S drive (My Files) in Azure.
