FACTS Module does not Instantly Refresh when Data Items are Added, this can be journal entries, gifts, grants or other transactions. You have to completely close out of the module and re-open or hit F5 to refresh.
This can happen with other tasks in FACTS as well, for example, if you allocate, go back to the Pool tab and do not see recent data there, you will need to hit F5 to refresh.
Steps To Duplicate:
1. Add a journal entry, gift or grant that will post to a pool account
2. Go to FACTS, note that the transactions do not appear
3. Close out of FACTS or hit F5 now see transactions appear.

Answer:
Hit the F5 key to refresh FACTS data. This issue is also resolved in FIMS 14.72.
