When running a Crystal report directly in Crystal the error, "failed to retrieve data from the database. Details: 42S22:[DataDirect][ODBC Progress OpenEdge Wire Protocol driver][OPENEDGE]Column "IGAMApplicantID" cannot be found or is not specified for query. (13865)[Database Vendor Code: -210074]" occurs when there is no 'IGAMApplicantID' field or column visible in the SQL nor in the report itself.
In FIMS, this issue presents itself as the error, 'Failed to retrieve data from the database. Details: [Database Vendor Code: -210074].
Steps To Duplicate:
Running the report directly in Crystal Reports:
1. Open Crystal Reports Business Objects
2. Open the report in question
3. Click on the Refresh button
4. Provide credentials to log into the data source; Host Name, Port Number, Database Name, User ID and Password
5. Click OK
6. See error occur.
Running the report in FIMS:
1. Go to Custom
2. Select the report in question from the menu
3. Enter in the parameters to run the report such as date from and date to
4. See error occur, ''Failed to retrieve data from the database. Details: [Database Vendor Code: -210074].'

To resolve this, rebuild SQL Views by completing the following steps:
Note: When running this tool, all other users need to be logged out of FIMS except the person running the tool.
1. Run FIMS | Tools | System Utilities | SQL Tools| SQL Views & Widths Configuration.
Note: When running this tool, all other users need to be logged out of FIMS except the person running the tool.
1. Run FIMS | Tools | System Utilities | SQL Tools| SQL Views & Widths Configuration.
2. Restart FIMS in order to apply the changes.
