File Maintenance – Stock Gifts

When the Stock Gifts module is active, there are additional File Maintenance options in the Donor and Gift Management module that allow you to enter, edit, and post proceeds from stock sales, maintain inventory of securities and make global changes to stock information (via Gift Security Inventory Maintenance). You can also update code tables (via Donor and Gift Code Maintenance).

Note: Security Code table maintenance and Gift Securities Inventory maintenance are more complex processes and are covered in separate sections of this document. Refer to Maintaining Securities Codes and Maintaining Gift Securities Inventory for more information.
