File Not Found - After logging into DonorCentral

When logging into DonorCentral, users should see the homepage set up as expected. Previously created and saved cards should show.
Previously entered cards are missing and there is a File not found error message in the bottom right corner. No cards are visible, even though they were there previously.
Steps To Duplicate:
1. Navigate to DonorCentral and log in
2. Notice that homepage is blank, and File Not found error message appears in bottom right corner.
3. Close error message
4. Navigate to Grants page
5. Return to Home page
6. File not found message reappears in bottom right corner
