FIMS Codes

Codes help you to categorize records in FIMS for reporting purposes. For example, reports and exports to Mail Merge can be filtered based on the codes applied to the Profile, Gift, Grant and other records.

If you are not sure which module a code is associated with, you can print a list of valid codes for each module by running the FIMS Code Listing. Refer to Running the FIMS Code Listing Report for more information.
