FIMS not working correctly in Remote Desktop Client App

Article summary

When I am using FIMS in the Remote Desktop Client App, there are several display and function issue occurring including:

1. Mouse is not working correctly. If you try to click on menus in FIMS such as tabs in modules, you are not able to. You will notice that the area you are clicking with your mouse is not the area that gets selected in FIMS.

2. FIMS cannot be dragged to another screen

3. FIMS freezes and mouse clicks do nothing

4. Unable to scroll down in reports

5. After you open a module in FIMS, you are not able to click any of the tabs in the module or minimize the module window

6. When posting, you cannot click in the report to go to next posting report such as posting to GL or Journal, mouse actions do not work.


Answer:

This issue is resolved in FIMS 14.76.
