Steps To Duplicate:
1. Launch FIMS
2. Open the Profiles module
3. Open an affected profile. The previous organization information, address, and work phone have been replaced with one that should not be associated with this profile.

Answer:
This issue was more likely caused by using Profile Grouping. If you check the "Group Code" box, then it will update all of the addresses in the group while using Address Maintenance.
This can have the affect of updating multiple accounts and overwriting addresses.
