We are trying to use the DonorCentral Fund Activity functionality in Donor Central, however we are noticing only a couple years with of data is showing when we select the "All" date range filter, when there should be many more.
Steps To Duplicate:
- Log into DonorCentral
- Click "Advisor View" from the top menu bar and select your fund advisor
- Click Funds from the top menu bar
- Below the View, Email, and Print options, click the activity tab
- Toggle the date range to All
- See that the fund activity graph does not include all activity in the funds past.
Answer:
Data uploaded prior to the previous year is summarized by month and given a date of the first day of the month.
