Fund Award History Report
This report lists basic Scholarship history information for Approved and posted Scholarship applications.
You can optionally include subtotal lines in this report based on your Sorting criteria (for example, you could sort and subtotal the report based on the ID code).
NOTE: You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Scholarships > Fund Award History Report.
Fund Award History Report
Common Fund Award History Report Fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Grant # | The unique identifier for the Scholarship. |
Student | The Student’s report name. |
Grant Amt. | The total Scholarship amount. |
Grant Date | The vote or action date for the Scholarship decision. |
Grantee | The Grantee for the Scholarship (usually the educational institution that the Student attends). |
School Attended | The school specified in the School Attended field on the Student record. |
