Steps To Duplicate:
- 1. Log into DonorCentral
- 2. Use Advisor View for selected advisor
- 3. Set date range for detail to Specific Dates
- 4. All details display as NA except for other disbursements
Answer:
This issue can occur if the account in question is not an account selected in Custom Totals. You will have to update Custom Totals to include the account, then it would show. Since it's not selected it will not display, but it will be accounted for when creating balances.
