Fund Scholarship Listing Report
This report provides information about the Fund Scholarship records, including the amount of the Scholarship, the number of unposted applications, and the purpose of the Scholarship.
NOTE: You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Scholarships > Fund Scholarship Listing.
Fund Scholarship Listing Report
Fund Scholarship Listing Report Fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Fund ID | The Fund ID for the Fund offering the Scholarship. |
Num | The sequential number assigned to each Scholarship in a Fund (the first Scholarship is numbered 001, the second 002, and so on). |
Active | Indicates whether the Scholarship is currently active (yes or no). |
Scholarship Title | The name of the Scholarship. |
Deadline | The date when Scholarship applications are due. |
Committee Date | The date when the screening committee will meet to discuss the Scholarship applications. |
Years | The number of years over which payments will be made on the Scholarship (for recurring Scholarships). |
Payments | The number of payments that will be made on the Scholarship. |
Amount | The total Scholarship amount. |
Unposted Apps | The number of unposted applications that exist for the Scholarship. |
Description | A text description of the Scholarship. |
