Fund Statement and Document Uploads do not show in DonorCentral

When the user goes to upload DonorCentral Fund Statements or documents, it appears to load correctly, but then they don't show up in DonorCentral.

Steps To Duplicate:

Reports - General Ledger - Fund Statements and then used my saved reports and Run
Attempt to upload zip file to DonorCentral
