Manage Fund Statements

Tip: In order to access Fund Statements in Control Panel, the staff user must have the staff role of Staff Reviewer or DonorCentral Administrator.

Maintaining Staff Codes

From the Fund statement management page, you can upload new fund statements, replace previously uploaded statements, and view all fund statement batches that have been uploaded to your DonorCentral site.

To manage fund statements, go to the Control panel and select Fund statements.

You can use Find in this list to search by fund name, Export to download the currently displayed list as a CSV spreadsheet, or Columns to modify which columns display on the page.

Upload fund statements

How do I upload Fund Statements to DonorCentral?

 1. Select Upload/replace statements.

2. Drag the statement file into the gray area of the form or select the upload icon to open a browsing window.

Note: The maximum file size allowed for file uploads in DonorCentral is 250 MB. If your statement file is larger than 250 MB, refer to this article for details about splitting it into smaller zip files that you can upload.

3. After the file is added, select Upload.

  • When you upload a statement for the same fund and date range as an existing statement, the existing statement is automatically replaced.

Note: As the statements are uploaded, a progress bar indicates how much is complete and how much is still uploading. If a network connection is weak, the file upload is automatically reattempted up to four times. After the statements are uploaded, they're processed and finalized. If a file can't be finalized and you suspect a network connection could be the cause, select Retry finalizing.

View an uploaded batch of statements

  • All previously uploaded statement batches are listed on the page by date. In the Upload date column, select a batch's date to display the list of statements included in the batch.

Note: If your Fund statement management page does not include the Upload date column, select Columns, enable Upload date, and select Apply changes.

Remove a batch of statements

Click the ellipsis button next the batch you want to remove, then select Remove batch. In the confirmation message, select Remove statements.

Remove a specific statement in a batch

In the Upload date column, select a batch's hyperlinked date to display the statements included in the batch. On the right in the menu that opens, select the menu for the statement you want to remove, then select Remove statement.

Note: If your Fund statement management page does not include the Upload date column, select Columns, enable Upload date, and select Apply changes.

Export a batch of statements

In the Upload date column, select a batch's date to display the statements included in the batch, then select Export to export the statements to a .csv spreadsheet file.
