    Steps To Duplicate:
    1. Log into DonorCentral as an admin
    2. Go to Control Panel\Site Configuration\Fund Statements section
    3. Un-check the checkbox for Allow Users to view Fund Statements
    4. Apply the change
    5. View as an advisor
    6. Go to the Home page
    7. Note that the statement is still visible
    8. Donor is able to click on the statement and download it
    9. Go to the Funds page and note that the buttons for view statement and email statement are gone
