    Fund statements setup in Fund Statement Designer are cutting off after second page

    When attempting to generate fund statements setup using the Fund Statement Designer, statements are cut off from the second page through the end. 

    Answer:

    The Maximum Records on Page setting will resolve this issue. You can increase the value of the max records on page and this will allow more data on one page so that it will not be cut off.

    Steps To Duplicate

    1. Statement setup is complete under File Maintenance > General Ledger - Fund Statement Designer.
    2. Once the setup is complete, navigate to Reports > General Ledger > Fund Statements.
    3. Fill out required information.
    4. On Send To tab - select Screen.
    5. Click Run Report.
    6. Click External Statements.
    7. Select Individual Statements to Donor Central.
    8. Preview statements.
    9. Details are cut off after page 2.
