Fund Management

The Fund Management module maintains detailed information for all component Funds. It is the point of entry for a new Fund, which is a prerequisite for entering the establishing donation. All subsequent transactions – including Pledges, Gifts, and Grants – are linked to the Fund record.

You can configure Administrative fees, calculate, and post them to General Ledger from the Fund Management module. This module also provides Fund-centered inquiries – you can select a Fund, and then click a tab for Gift History, Grant History, or Fund Balances for the Fund.
