When trying to edit an opportunity to add an image, when saving the changes, users get error message: 'Get signed URL failed'
Answer:
This issue has been resolved for the customer who reported it.
This issue can be caused if you have symbols in the file name of the image file, for example, 'image&01.jpeg'. If you have symbols such as & or others, re-name the image file to remove those.

Steps To Duplicate
- Log in to DonorCentral
- Go to Explore opportunities
- Select the opportunity to add the attachment and click edit.
- Add the image that will be uploaded
- Click save
- See error occur.
