When a Donor logs in to DonorCentral, they see a gift listed twice that was processed only once.
Answer:
This issue was resolved for the customer who reported it. This issue was caused by the DonorCentral upload not having been run for some time. The immediate fix was to run a manual upload which fixed the issue with the gift showing twice and then the issue with the scheduled task was fixed so that daily uploads could resume.
Steps To Duplicate
Log in to DonorCentral
Go to Funds tab then go to Gifts link
See the duplicated gift in list
