When a gift to a FUND ID that starts with a number, these gifts are excluded from the IRS 990 Donor Report.
Steps To Duplicate:
1. Go to Reports\Gifts\Donor Reports\IRS 990 Donor Schedule
2. Run the report for the date range, amounts and other filters needed
3. Note that gifts that are given to a fund ID that starts with a number not included when they should be.
