Article summary

Grant Detail Tab

The Grant Detail tab displays a Data Grid that lists information about all of the Grants and Scholarships made by the Fund. Use the Grants and Scholarships radio buttons on this tab to switch between a list of Grants and a list of Scholarships.

Note: Interfund Grants are displayed on a dark gray background with the letters IF next to the amount.

Note: If you select a Grant or Scholarship from the list and then click the View Grants or View Scholarships button, the Grantee and Grant Management or Scholarship Management module will open in a separate window where you can view and edit some of the Grant or Scholarship fields (or make Grant Adjustments). This allows you to work in the Grant or Scholarship Management module without closing the Fund Management module.

Tip: You can resize the columns on the Grant Detail tab to make them more narrow or wide. This is useful, depending on your font size and window size, to help you see as much information as possible on the screen, without scrolling.

Note: Any changes you make will only stay in effect during the current session of the Fund Management module.

  1. Place your mouse cursor on the divider line to the right of the column header for the column you want to resize.

  2. Click and drag the column divider line to the right to increase the size of the column, or to the left to reduce the size of the column. The divider line will be visible as you drag, so you can see where it will be placed.

  3. When the column is the desired size, release the mouse button.
