Grant History Report – Opt by Grant
This report lists posted Grants and is optimized to run faster based on your report selections. You should use this report if you are basing your selections on the Grant Date, Grant Number, ASF, ID Code, or other Grant coding.
You can optionally include subtotal lines in this report based on your Sorting criteria (for example, you could sort and subtotal the report based on the Grantee’s ID Code).
NOTE: This report is identical to the Grant History Report – Opt by Fund/Tran Date, except that it is optimized for different selection options.
NOTE: You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Grants > Grant History Report – Opt by Grant.
Grant History Report Fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Grant # | The unique number that identifies each Grant. |
Grantee | The Grantee’s report name. |
Program Name | A brief description of the philanthropic project. |
Grant Date | The board vote or action date for the Grant decision. |
Granted | The total amount Granted. |
Fund | The ID code and name of the Fund that awarded the Grant. |
