Field | Description |

Grant Num | The unique identifier for the Scholarship. |
Grantee | The Grantee’s (Student’s) report name. |
Fund Name | The name of the Fund sponsoring the Scholarship. |
Program Name | The name that identifies the Scholarship for Grant reports. |
Scholarship | The name of the Scholarship. |
Grant Date | The vote date for the Scholarship decision. |
Grant Amount | The total approved Scholarship amount. |
