After manually changing the status of the grant to Process, the grant is no longer in DC NXT.
Steps To Duplicate:
1) Log into DonorCentral
2) Go to Control Panel > Site Administration > Recommendations > Submitted
3) Then try clicking the … next to the grant and change the status.

This was a data specific issue that was corrected for the customer that reported it.
