Grant Recommendation Form Use Case

Tip: Community foundation Administrator rights are required to access Control panel features in the application.

In this use case, we want to create a form that provides the following:

  • Explanations of the anonymous options in the Fund and Grant sections of the form
  • Includes a separate section that explains guidelines for making a grant recommendation

1. Select Control panel, Recommendation form.

2. On the Grant form setup page, select the Recommendation button.

3. Under Basic components, select Content and drag and drop it into the Fund section, under the Fund anonymous option. This component provides a text editor where you enter an explanation of the Fund anonymous option.

4. A Content Component screen appears. Select Save to add the component.

5. Enter necessary content.

6. Next, let's enter the explanatory text to the Grant section of the form.

7. Under Basic components, select Content and drag and drop it into the Grant section, under the Advisor anonymous option.

8. A Content Component screen appears. Select Save to add the component.

9. Enter necessary content.

10. Finally, let's add a new section that explains guidelines for making a grant recommendation.

11. Under Layout components, select Panel and drag and drop it between the Fund and Grant sections.

12. The Panel Component screen appears. Enter a Title for this section, such as "Guidelines for making a grant recommendation."

13. Select Save.

14. Under Basic components, select Content and drag and drop it into the new Guidelines for making a grant recommendation section.

15.A Content Component screen appears. Select Save to add the component.

16. Enter necessary content.

17. Select Save form.
