This report lists detailed information about each Grant that a Grantee has received.

NOTE: You can access this report from anywhere in FIMS by selecting Reports > Grants > Grantee Reports > Grantee Detailed History.

Grantee Detailed History Report Fields

Field	Description
Grantee	The Grantee’s ID code, report name, and date incorporated.
Grt Num	The Grant Number.
Program	A brief description of the philanthropic project.
Amount	The Grant Amount.
Fund	The Fund that awarded the Grant.
Grant Date	The date when the Grant was awarded.
Officer	The primary organization staff member who worked on the Grant application.
Status	User-defined informational field that indicates the procedural status of the Application (for example, Application Received or Staff Review Complete), and follows the Application / Grant into history as an indicator of the final disposition (for example, Approved with Conditions).
Pop	User-defined code that indicates the main population group that will be served by the Grant.
PrgCode	User-defined code that identifies the program or field of interest area for the Grant.
