Grantees Data Grid (Grants)

The Grantees Data Grid provides a list of Profiles that have Grantee records attached to them. You can use this data grid to verify that the Grantee record exists before you begin the Grant Application entry process.

To find a Grantee, click the arrow in the Search By drop-down box and select the field that you want to search by, and then enter the first few characters of the Grantee’s information for the selected field in the Find Record field. The Data Grid will automatically scroll down as you enter each character. Scan the list of records

until you find the one you need.

To open the selected record, make sure it is highlighted in the list and then either double-click on the record or click the tab that you want to view.

Note: You can configure the Data Grid to display any fields that are associated with Grantees. Refer to Configuring View Settings in the Introduction for more information on customizing your views.

Note: If you cannot find the Grantee in this data grid, it is possible that a Profile record without a Grantee record exists. To check this possibility, select Inquiries > Lookup Profile ID Code or Inquiries > Profile Text Search to search for the Profile record. Refer to On-Screen Inquiries in the Introduction for more information.
