Grantees Supertab (Scholarships)

Use the Grantees supertab to enter, browse and edit Grantee records. The Grantee record keeps track of Grantee-specific information, including several user-defined codes that categorize the Grantee for subsequent analysis. The Grantee record is a supplement to the Profile record that is used for current and potential Grantees.

In the case of Scholarships, the Grantee is usually an educational institution, although the Student can also be the Grantee.

NOTE: A Profile record must be on file before a Grantee record can be created, and a Grantee record must be on file before a Scholarship for the Grantee can be created.

NOTE: Along with the Scholarship Management module, you can also create or access Grantee records from the Profile Management or Grant Management modules.
