When attempting to make a new recommendation or if attempting to view unsubmitted recommendations on the Home page, a green dot loops and the recommendations never are able to be viewed and the recommendation form never finishes loading to make a new recommendation.

This issue has been addressed in DonorCentral on 7/2/2021.
Steps To Duplicate
- Log into DonorCentral
- Go to Advisor View or log in as an advisor
- Note on Home Tab, under Recent grants or unsubmitted recommendations, there is a looping green dot.
- Click Recommendations>New
- Grant recommendation box appears, but does not fully load rather it shows a looping green dot
