Guidestar button opens IE instead of default browser and the page gives an error and\or does not Load

When clicking the Guidestar button, internet explorer opens and gives an error instead of the loading the page in the correct browser.
Steps To Duplicate:
- In Grants, open grantee record
- Click the GuideStar button next to Tax ID
- IE opens and page doesn't load or gives error
Answer:
This issue can occur if the Internet_Browser_Exe setting is set. To resolve this issue, do the following:
1. Make sure that you have a default browser set on your workstation. You can choose what browser you prefer to use, most users choose Chrome:

2. In FIMS, go to Tools\System Utilities\System Options\System
3. Scroll down to the Internet_Browser_Exe option
4. Change the value to None
5. Click Apply and OK
