Thank you for your feedback
If you have a DonorCentral issue you may need to review the upload logs. These can be viewed in the S drive in Myfiles.
Answer:
1. Launch My Files
2. Go to the eAdvisor folder and click and open it
3. You will see folders labeled History and FTP
4. The history folder will have the data files that get extracted out of FIMS, check the date stamp on those to see when extracted to see if they match your scheduled upload time or the time when you manually uploaded to DonorCentral. There is a sub-folder called NXT which is where the data that was extracted out of FIMS to be uploaded to DonorCentral NXT is located.
5. Next check the FTP folder and look for the latest DC_Transfer_Year_Day file and open in Note Pad. You will be able to see if the data was successfully uploaded to DonorCentral on the day indicated and if there were errors.
