How can I find what master template is used for existing report layouts?

I have created several report layouts based on master templates but how can I tell what master template a report layout is using?
Answer:
1. Save the attached file on your computer
2.Create a folder in your computer on the C drive or another drive as desired called, for example, template report, C:\template report. You can name it whatever you would like, you just need a location for the report that the tool will generate to be written to.
3. Open the 'exportCustomRptLayout.p' in Notepad from where you saved it on your computer and edit the the d:\deleteme\ part to point to the drive and folder on your computer (or you can just create the deleteme folder on your computer) that you created in step 2 above. For example, c:\template report\, then save the file.
4. Run the attached procedure as follows:
