How can I make a user a Security Administrator in FIMS if no user is one now or if the FIMS Security Admin is Locked out?

We no longer have any FIMS account that is a security administrator, and we need one. How can we create or make a current FIMS user a security admin?
This would also apply if the FIMS security admin is locked out and there is only one FIMS security administrator.
Answer:
It is recommended to have more than one FIMS security administrator in case one gets locked out, leaves the organization or is not in the office.
If you have the password for the NPO account, that account will have rights to manage user accounts. Once you are logged in as NPO, you can adjust the permissions for user accounts. If you do not have the password for the NPO account and no one at your foundation does then do the following:
Please create a case with Customer Support to complete this task. This request needs to come from the organization administrator of your organization.
