Thank you for your feedback
I need to update DonorCentral access for a large group of profiles that already have a fund association and fund rep type. I have a lot of records that I need to update and it would be very time consuming to do them one by one, how can I update them en masse?
Answer:
You can use the Fund Representatives Types Code Maintenance to change all profiles who have a certain fund rep type on the fund association tab. For example, you can change all profiles with a fund rep type code of stmnt and dist and founde to a 1 and Interested parties to a 2.
The steps below are assuming that you already have fund associations added your profile records and that those fund association records have a rep type.
If you do not have any fund associations set up on your profiles, these steps will not work. If you want to mass add new fund associations then see this article:

Steps to update DonorCentral access for all existing Fund Representative types:
Note: If you are granting access to DonorCentral, be sure that the profiles have an email address and that no two profiles have the same email address. After you grant access to DonorCentral in FIMS, those advisors will receive a welcome email.
1. Go to File Maintenance\Funds\Fund Code Maintenance\Fund Representative Types
2. You will see the Fund Representative Types Code Maintenance Window appear:
3. Go to one of the fund rep type codes for which you would like to mass change, for example, Founde. The steps below are assuming that you already have fund associations added your profile records and that those fund association records have a rep type.

- You will see that the DonorCentral Access column also changes when you do that:
5. Click Save
6. You will then see a window appear saying that there are profiles with that fund association and is asking you if you want to update ALL of those profiles that have that fund rep type to what you have chosen, in this example, a 1:
7. If you want to change the DC access for all profiles who have the fund rep type you changed, then click Yes
8. Now, all profiles who had a fund association fund rep type of what you updated will now have that new value.
Note: If you do not want to change existing fund rep types, you can use Copy Fund Representatives:
