Run a report in FIMS and select Clipboard on the Send To tab, then click Run Report.
Open Microsoft Word to a new document and paste in the FIMS report.
In Microsoft Word, Select All and change the font to Courier New and size it to fit.
In Page Setup or Layout, you can adjust the margins or orientation.

Another option is after running the report, save it to a file, then open the file in Word.
