I made a Created View and I want to make it an available option to be selected in the drop down for other staff in FIMS.

If you've created a view and you want others to be able to select it from the view drop-down list, follow these steps:

Go to the module or supertab where you want the view to be shared.
Click on View Settings (the top button on the left) or right click on the data grid and select View Settings.
On the views tab, Select the view to be shared.
Click the button on the right labeled Settings.
Check the Shared box.
Click OK, then click Save.
