How can I tell if my Exports in FIMS are set to use my local C drive as the export location?

Answer:

You can determine if an export is set to export to the local C drive by going to the Export To tab of the export in question and see if it lists local paths on the computer or points to the S drive on Azure Cloud.

Below is an example of what exporting out to the local C drive for the export files would look like if you are on Azure Cloud for a fund statement export.

The folder names of FIMS Exports\Files are examples, your folders will be named differently. Other exports such as gift exports and grant exports will have different file names and most likely different folder names on your local C drive, but the beginning part \\tsclient\C would be the same; \\tsclient\C indicates the local C drive of the user's computer, then followed by the folder names in that C drive.
