How do Default Data Grid Views work?

There are three types of default data grid views:

1. User Default View - your own default view
2. Foundation Default View -   everyone's default view
3. Default View - system default view

When you click on a tab in FIMS, the system determines what view it is going to display.  If there is a User Default View, that view will be displayed.  If not, it checks to see if there is a Foundation Default View.  If not, it will display the Default View.  So a User Default View has priority over both the Foundation Default View and the Default View.
