Thank you for your feedback
I have exported data out of FIMS but I'm not sure where my files go when I export them. How can I find them?
Answer:
When exporting from FIMS in NPact's Azure Cloud using the Remote Desktop Client app, you have the option of changing the location to where your files will be exported from FIMS. You can choose either your local hard drive or the shared S drive.
Click Browse in the export on the export to tab, and select either the S drive or your local C drive. In this example, the C on desktop is the user's local C drive and the one below that is the hosted S drive:
If you choose your local C drive, for the files, the paths would show \\tsclient\C as shown below. The other folders, FIMS Exports\Files are just examples, your folders may be named differently.
If you save your export to your local hard drive, you will be able to access the exported files from your local installation of Microsoft Office.
